At Hollywood Nails and Spa, we want your spa experience to be as relaxing and fulfilling as possible.  Our friendly, highly trained professionals are devoted to making your visit to our day spa an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.  We want to be lifelong partners in your journey toward a healthier, livelier, and more relaxed you.

The following suggestions will help to enhance your spa experience:

  • Gift certificates are available for all services and products and may also be purchased for specific dollar amounts to be spent as the recipient sees fit.
  • At our Fort Worth location, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, debit cards, cash, and Hollywood Nails and Spa gift certificates.
  • Please arrive ten minutes early for your appointment.
  • Your child’s safety is of utmost concern to us.  Our spa contains chemicals and equipment that can be dangerous to small children.  For their protection, all children must be supervised by an adult while in the salon.
  • To create a more enjoyable experience for you and our other guests, please turn your cell phone to silent or vibrate when in Hollywood Nails and Spa.
  • In order to ensure that you receive prompt service, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa.  Group party reservations of ten or more must leave a deposit at the time of booking.
  • We respectfully request a 24-hour cancellation notice for services.  Deposits on group party reservations will not be refunded if appointments are missed without prior notification.
  • Gratuities are not included in any of our charges.
